Come oggi, 100 anni fa nasceva Walter Madoi. E ci manca, fisicamente, da quasi 50 anni. Due eventi che si intrecciano uno dopo l' altro, potenza dei numeri, e delle presenze/assenze. Perché di presenza, in assenza, stiamo parlando.. Ci arrivano segnali, stimoli, richieste di coinvolgimento nelle celebrazioni delle sue opere, da ogni dove. Ci spingono a ricordare, raccontare l ' artista, il suo valore e il suo genio, la sua passione, che poi è un unicum con il padre che è stato. Irriverente, audace, impossibile, divertente e, più di allora, sempre presente.

As today, 100 years ago Walter Madoi was born. And we have been missing him, physically, for almost 50 years. Two events that intertwine one after the other, the power of numbers, and of presences/absences. Because we are talking about presences, in absence.. We receive signals, stimuli, requests for involvement in the celebrations of his works, from everywhere. They push us to remember, to tell the story of the artist, his value and his genius, his passion, which is then a unicum with the father he was. Irreverent, bold, impossible, funny and, more than then, always present.
