NEW HORIZON

Sole, come sempre. Vero, mamma? (1965, Isabella, olio su tela, 50 x 70 cm, particolare)
A new horizon. In your name, according to what we believe  has always been  your tip. We don't know for sure, we just feel it, maybe we are wrong. Maybe we will never know, or maybe yes, it depends on the   evolution of things. Which can happen in many ways, though  so far we have had little hints that we are in the right. Maybe we are wrong. Or maybe not. What is certain is that now our physical  horizon is different, no longer lost in a nice but useless void or projected in  a future that seemed unattainable, and now achieved - we think, though in a small part, in a  more  focused way on the important things which may be now possible.  It's on us, just  the two of us, as always   Alone, as always. But that's okay. We would like your consent, stated, clear and  understandable. We would like some assistance, a real support.  We would like to be right, and to be sure that we are. Now we are facing steps of completion, of possible closure, let's say a phase of accomplishment of a self-imposed mission. Missing concrete answers to all these wewouldliketos,  we go on. Alone, as always. Isnt' it, mom?(1965, Isabella, oil on canvas, 50 x 70 cm, detail)
