Il nome di battaglia da partigiano di Madoi, preso dal Don Chisciotte, personaggio che amava molto e in cui si riconosceva nella caparbia, folle e autodistruttiva inclinazione che lo portava a difendere sempre e comunque gli ultimi degli ultimi e a combattere per i suoi sogni e ideali. In fondo, anche dopo più di 5 secoli, la storia rimane identica e i nemici gli stessi. Prendiamo ad esempio questo bozzetto, questa meraviglia, buttato giù in cinque minuti, come appunto per il prossimo da farsi, in attesa di benestare a procedere. A procedere a dipingere un paese intero: Sesta.
Ai lati vi sono le note di futuri affreschi, gli abbinamenti con i malcapitati proprietari delle case, uno scarabocchio del futuro Icaro, cose così. Questo Don Chisciotte, poi realizzato, alto 5 metri, riempiva tutta una parete di una casa e era uno degli affreschi più famoso. Morto Madoi, in un nostro momento di distrazione da dolore, è stato cancellato per far posto ad una finestra con un balcone. Fantastico.
